Avoiding machine downtime is critical, which is why our experienced support staff is here for you, and our Parts Department keeps an extensive inventory of everything you might need. Hendrick’s dedicated phone technicians are available from 8:30am – 5:30pm EST to diagnose problems and answer questions. We can run diagnostics via remote dial-in on any of our computerized machine models – just run an Ethernet cable into the port, even if you don’t normally keep it online during operations. Then Hendrick technicians can dial-in to the controller, correct parameters or settings, and have you running again in minutes

We now offer Windows 10 controller conversions for Hendrick SRP Patriot and PRO-AM panel saws, which provide operators with a supported OS, better CAD applications, and enhanced safety features. These easy-to-install kits come with instructions for DIY, which takes under 15 minutes.
